About Natasha
Natasha began her real estate career at just 19 years old, starting as a Trainee Property Officer and quickly working her way up to Team Leader. Those early years gave her a front‑row seat to the realities of property management — the constant juggling, the tight deadlines, the emotional labour, and the never‑ending to‑do list that somehow always grows.
After several years in private real estate, she moved into Community Housing, where she continued managing portfolios for everyday mum‑and‑dad investors as well as large‑scale developers. Eventually, she progressed into a Team Leader position, supporting other Property Managers and seeing firsthand the pressures they were under.
Across every role, one thing became clear:
Property Managers are some of the hardest‑working people in the industry — and also some of the most stretched.
Natasha saw the burnout, the long days, the constant interruptions, and the way routine inspections always seemed to fall to the bottom of the list, not because Property Managers didn’t care, but because they simply didn’t have the time. Scheduling, rescheduling, chasing tenants, completing the inspection, writing the report — it all added hours to an already overloaded workload.
She understands the pressure, the expectations, and the emotional load because she’s lived it.
Today, Natasha brings her industry knowledge, empathy, and commitment to quality into every inspection, ensuring agencies receive the kind of service that genuinely makes a difference.
